Kevin brings a strong athletic mindset to training and takes a holistic approach to understanding his clients’ needs. He was a baseball pitcher during all four years of college and has also coached youth baseball and football in North Shore communities. He focuses on the mind-body connection and helping clients understand the fundamentals of fitness — including proper breathing, hydration, and stretching.
He works with clients to establish clear and realistic fitness goals — and add a little to the workout. “Working out should be fun–they should be excited to come into the gym and get started.”
