Rich Bihl

Rich leads an active, sport-oriented lifestyle and brings that perspective to his work at Redefined Fitness. He is a multi-sport athlete who brings an understanding of endurance training, specialized speed work, and injury prevention to his clients. He also creates customized strength and conditioning programs that help athletes maintain their edge between in-and out-of-season performances.

Through expertise in sports ranging from running to golf to playing softball, Rich has an intimate understanding of the biomechanics of the human body and relays that expertise into focused training for his clients.
