Rich Bihl

Rich graduated from Bradley University in 2007 with a degree in Health Science. During his junior year at Bradley he founded the university's first Health and Fitness organization. Through the organization he guided, encouraged and motivated students to take an educated approach to wellness. By senior year he was certified as a personal trainer through AFAA. Rich then went on to train at the Peoria Park District, here he developed a kids and special education fitness programs as well as developing his own clientele.
Prior to Rich's college experience he worked at METT Rehab, a physical therapy clinic, for three years. It was here where he developed the passion for wellness and rehabilitation as well as a great understanding of the bio mechanics of the human body.
A multiple sport athlete, Rich competes in football, basketball, baseball, tennis, and is also an avid snowboarder, scuba diver, and mountain biker. Rich's life is truly dedicated to the well being of people and his devotion to fitness.
