Bob Palazola
Bob has worked with almost every sport - and has trained Olympic athletes - during his career as a fitness specialist. Bob’s career began in Chicago but quickly took him to the University of Maryland, where he became a certified strength and conditioning specialist. In 2012, he took the strength and conditioning coaching position at Shorter University in Rome, Georgia. There, he worked with all 22 sports, including football, basketball, soccer and more.
He brings a top athletes’ view to training and helps many youth who are striving to reach an elite level of fitness. He trains clients using multiple planes of motion when training and on the importance of achieving maximum flexibility to help minimize injuries.
