Eric Hemphill

Eric brings a passion for fitness and a commitment to giving back to those less fortunate to the Redefined Team.
As a three-time state high school champion in the mile run, Eric is very in tune with the techniques that help athletes get an edge. Eric has also helped a wide range of clients reach their peak athletic performance, whether its training for a race or competing in a golf tournament. He works with many student athletes and collegiate sports programs around the Midwest. While attending Purdue University, Eric ran track and cross country as a scholarship athlete. Eric was named a collegiate All American in track and field. He was inducted into the State of Indiana Hall of Fame in 2000.
He is well known for his motivation and drive in leading volunteers to raise funds and donate their time for those in need. His keynote event is the holiday giving program supporting the Ark Shelter in Gary, IN. Eric has helped raise thousands of dollars to give to those in need and bring them hope.
